Rally cancelled, or no?

BBC has told the whole world that the rally has been called off:

Mr Mousavi’s wife Zahra Rahnavard […] told students that Monday’s bigger event had been cancelled because the lives of those attending would have been at risk.

Nonetheless, twitterers seem to contradict this information:

Qui vivra, verra. We just have to wait and see what happens… May God be with all courageous protesters.


Update (11:30pm GMT): Karoubi and Mousavi will be sent out to the protesters in order to calm them down, peacefully, rather than Ahmadinejadfully (the opposite of peacefully).
